Since Catherine Wheel is among the top of my favorite bands, it would be a hard choice to put any one particular track up here and note it as my favorite. Oddly enough, this promotional EP seems to do the work for me. It contains a good dose of their finer old material, 'Crank' and 'Black Metallic', and a bit of the more recent (as per the release date) tracks in 'Sparks Are Gonna Fly'. The nice thing about these type of promotional releases, aside from the fact they are quite collectible, is that they usually give you the 'introduction to' any one band. So with that said, if you don't already love Catherine Wheel (how could you not???), then here's your chance to take my simple 101 course of them. I will be having a test on this material next week, so please do pay attention ;)
