Another in a long string of OMD singles you will see up here on my blog, as I absolutely adore them. I always seem to be drawn more to the more abstract songs they release, and that is evident on the two b-sides on this 12". The title track is a solid one, but I mostly end up playing the flips nowadays, something about their sound in the early on stages really is compelling. This is one of the bands that I wish I had taken the opportunity to see when they played in Canada, I'd imagine their live shows were really good, though I assume you folks can elaborate on this here. If you also have live footage, please post the link for me :) I'm sure you'll see more of this band here, as every once in a while I get the urge to put up another 12", and after ripping this one I started listening to them all non-stop. So for now, enjoy this ep, and stay tuned for more!

I downloaded a great OMD show from Toronto in 1981 - get in touch if you want a copy...
I'd love a copy :)
One can never get enough of OMD!
Are you looking for audio or video? Here's one of audio.
Hammersmith - 3 June 1984.

Can you put the Toronto show up here?
the unfortunate thing is the Hammersmith file is no longer available, but then again I am mostly looking for Vid. I'll check out any decent sounding audio though, and possibly it might end up here at some point or another.
Thanks for this 12".
Greetings!
ROb.
I can't seem to unzip this file. Any suggestions?
Hrm, are you using the password provided with the post?
Unfortunately the mediafire link for this post is dead. As a huge OMD fan and as someone who just discovered your blog today...can you repost this or correct the link, please? Thank you.
